For a cleaner site, give them the boot and show them the door. I recommend checking the "Hide Menu Links" below. Your site will present a more pleasing show.

On the "Website Settings" admin page you'll find
on bottom of "Appearance" tab these features assigned.

Unchecked displays.

Mentor/Protégé Request Form If mentors are not coming through You'll find this form is useless, too. check it.
Member Downloads To use requires logging in. Send it to the rubbish bin.  check it.
